1. Boil water, preheat pan over medium heat, while preparing broccoli , onions/fennel/garlic/tomato
2. Blanch broccoli in water for 3 minutes, then remove and add pasta to water.
3. Add turkey to pan, season with chili flakes, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic to taste. Breaking up and browning.
4. Add onions and fennel to turkey, mixing and frying for 3-5 minutes .
5. Add broccoli, tomatoes, and cooked pasta to turkey mixture, stirring to combine. Add a splash of pasta water to make it less dry.
6. Season everything with salt to taste, topping with parm/fennel fronds to serve.
