Hello! I have a diet that is simple, all natural, and “unprocessed”. By unprocessed I mean I am very ingredient conscious when eating pre-packaged foods and choose to have the least amount of unnecessary ingredients as possible.
Lately I’ve come to realize that with the prices of produce, meats, and starches it is getting nearly impossible for me to afford meats like I used to! I don’t eat pork which is often the cheapest meat, so I am left with beef and chicken at the end of the day.
Eggs are far less expensive than both of those so I’m wondering if that is a good+nutritional “replacement” to use in meals where I would normally have another meat?
