Overweight vegetarian here. I work pretty early in the morning so I don’t have time to a proper breakfast.. so I end up eating a very heavy dinner to make up my day fasting. Needless to say, I’ve put on a lot of weight.
I’ve decided to do portion control so no e that has worked the best for me in the past .
My problem is the breakfast. I found that if I eat something in the morning, I don’t feel that famished by dinner time.
I would like to eat a sandwich or so but that takes too much time to make in the morning. Also I want to stay away from starch.
I’ve tried scarfing down simple cheese quesadillas, grilled cheese but they are also too cumbersome to make while I’m rushing out the door.
I’ve finally succumbed to having meal replacer protein shakes. Those are the only ones that keep my stomach full while are eat a small lunch and even a smaller dinner.
What are the best chest protein mea replacers you can recommend?
I’ve tried Herbalife and I kinda like it, but I don’t want to fund a pyramid company.
