I’m looking for some breakfast ideas to reduce meat and diversify my morning diet a bit
My usual breakfast consists of bread slices with various things on them from pate to butter, salami and cheese to zacusca and anything inbetween or eggs .
I tried to eat other stuff but i’m either still hungry afterwards or I’m dissatisfied with how sweet it was or both in the case of smoothies. Plain plants just don’t feel filling without bread or eggs and milk with cereals taste bland and makes me nauseous. Pancakes are too sweet and sometimes hurt my teeth if i put syrup on them.
What other things do you guys eat in the morning that doesn’t take a lot to make, is filling and isn’t sweet?
