Hi, I’m trying to finally get my abs to show so I’m doing a calorie deficit. I eat 2300 calories and 250 grams of protein . I try to eat something else every day so I don’t get bored of it but I’m out of ideas. The diet plan I have so far is:
Monday:

I’m out of ideas for what to eat on Saturday and Sunday. Does anyone have any ideas? Also does anyone have any thoughts on my diet plan so far?
