cholesterol, sodium and working out in my regular diet

I eat when I can and I’m not very good at preparing the good meals I’ve found on here. So, I eat these sandwiches that I make almost every day to fill in the gaps when I’m not up to make meal. They’re made with sourdough bread, lettuce, tomato, pickle, a sauce and lunch meat. In the beginning I bought the tastiest looking lunch meat, but I found out it was raising my cholesterol like crazy . So, I switched to a different lunch meat and went form 25% sodium and 11-13% cholesterol to 10% sodium and 3% cholesterol. I’m down on my cholesterol but I’m worried it’s not enough. My question is how much healthier is this amount of cholesterol than before and if the sandwich is still killing more than sustaining, what other options do I have for a quick and easy little meal I can make when I don’t feel like preparing food. Is cholesterol in lunch meat always little cholesterol . I also work out 3 times a week, quite extensively.
Edit: I should say, i wasn’t working out before I got the blood work, nor did I change my lunch meat before I got the blood work.
