Cottage Cheese – do I hate it or is it misunderstood?

I got a pot of cottage cheese by accident when I meant to buy ricotta or something like that for a recipe. Anyway, I have this pot in the fridge and I hate to waste it, but I just can’t think of anything I’d like to use it in. I think I don’t really like it either. I googled recipes but nothing made me think it was worth eating. Am I missing something yummy to do with this? I’d rather not waste it, and maybe I’m missing a trick that will make me enjoy it?

Eta: thanks for all the recipes! I had no idea this community felt so strongly about their cottage Cheese! I made this in the end and it was *chefs kiss*. Maybe I’ll need to buy more cottage Cheese just to try some of these other recipes!
