Diet Opinion for losing weight

**Breakfast**

1 Banana

100g oats

15g peanut butter

100ml almond milk

100g frozen red fruits

**Lunch**

150g chicken breast

200g frozen vegetable mix or 100g sweet potato or some salad mix

**Snack**

50g oats

1 apple or 1 kiwi or 1 banana or 1 orange

100g frozen red fruits

**Dinner**

2 tuna cans or 100g salmon

300g frozen broccoli or 100g sweet potato or some salad mix

**Before bed**

100g gelatin

Total Calories ~ 1580

I will drink 3-4L of water per day.

Im 180cm 86kg and going to start workout again 3-4 times per week.

Im thinking of doing this diet for 1/2 months and check my progress.

I will take some CLA pills and creatine powder everyday
