Easiest Proteins with least amount of work & attention for stressed law student

I am a law student, so I have very little time/mental space to devote to cooking. I know that beans/legumes are *technically* a great way to get protein in but right now my formula for dinner is:

-Baked chicken breast along with some sort of microwaved steam veggie and an easy carb OR I just do a salad kit .

I’m looking to change up the chicken. I was using the Gorton’s Salmon Foil Packs but they’re pretty high in sodium. What are replacements for proteins that are the same amount of work? I’m not about to just eat a half a can of chickpeas. That’s more forethought/preparation/cooking/attention. Eggs are great, but I eat them as snacks & breakfast a lot! And I’m not trying to add meal prep into the routine.

I need: take from freezer/fridge, cook, eat.
