I always thought fresh pasta would be too much work, until I saw somebody whip some up from flour in 10 minutes on youtube! It also allows you to customize your pasta by adding different seasonings .
Combine 1 cup of flour, a pinch of salt, and any dry seasoning you want to add in a bowl. Slowly add water, mixing in until you have a kneadable dough.
On a floured countertop, knead a little to get a smooth dough, adding flour to the outside of the ball to avoid sticking as needed. Roll out thin, slice into very thin noodle strips, and add to boiling water . Extras can be frozen for later. That’s it!
