I’m expecting my second child this Fall, and I’m having a rougher go at fatigue and nausea this time around. My doctor recommended five small meals during the day, which feels like A LOT, especially because I work in education. I stay away from deli meats but I do love mixed nuts, hummus, guac and non-meat options too
Anyone have ideas of small meals or things I can do to make it through? I cook 3-4 times a week so leftovers can help…but the idea of small, healthy meals during the day feels like a lot!
