I’ve briefly used Samsung health and I enjoyed it a lot except I’m not doing a strict diet, I just have an estimated goal of how many calories I want to eat in a day. however, if I eat more than said calories the app makes the symbol red which gives me a whole lot of anxiety.
Does anyone have recommendations for similar sort of simple apps that don’t have anything like that?
i just want something specifically to record food consumption , not necessarily weight or exercise and something that doesn’t show red symbols or anything negative when I eat over a goal or something.
any help would be incredibly appreciated!!
