Just discovered this subreddit recently and I’m loving it. So, here is the background to my question. I love meat, so I cook meat, and then I don’t feel like cooking anything else, so I eat a lot of meat. Sometimes I’ll make more meat as a side dish for my meat. It’s not that I don’t like vegetables, it just always seems more involved or less filling to cook vegetables than to fry up a cheap cut of meat, or put a big piece of meat in the crockpot. I’ve also been trying to avoid eating too much pasta. So can anyone hook me up with some thoughts on getting more fiber? I’m a 19 year old college student and live in an apartment, so consider that in your answers. Also, I’ll eat anything, but green, leafy vegetables scare me. Tried to go on a salad kick recently and I didn’t eat it all in time. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Please feel free to ask anything that I missed that you need to know.
