Healthy Meals to Cook for Coworkers During my Workday?

Hi all! I’m working at a pretty cool office this summer. It’s a renovated house and the kitchen is fully equipped- gas stove and oven, dishwasher, full size fridge and freezer, lots of prep space, pots and pans, cutting boards, etc. There’s a microwave and toaster oven and a pantry with basic spices and seasonings. We’re all trying to avoid ordering out and have agreed to take turns cooking, so once a week I’ll need a recipe that feeds 5-6 people. We have an hour to plate, eat, and clean up, but I can take time in the morning to put something in the oven or slow cooker. Needs to be healthy and no unpleasant odors since clients come in and out all day. No allergies – a few people just requested nothing heavy that will make them sleepy. Any ideas are appreciated.
