My whole life ive been slim but ive never not had the stubborn love handles despite a nearly completely flat stomach, ive even gone through years of esting one meal a day like pasta and even then i had love handles.
Ive been going to the gym regularly for a year straight and put on a lot of muscle mass but i want to do a cut for the first time, i have no idea how because ive undereaten before for months at a time but still could never drop down to 10% body fat, im always in the 15-16% range.
Is it the quality of the food im eating vs the amount? So i should eat less sugary unhealthy fat foods and stick to healthy fats and clean eating? Cus i undereat but see no difference so my thoughts are it must be sugar going on too fast.
Would fasting help this or exercising after eating sugar to burn it right away?
