how to make a pizza into a complete healthy meal?

I tried googling and most of the results tell me to use pita bread, but I’d rather have a pizza with home made dough, I’m not planning on altering the dough too much, but i do plan to use part whole wheat flour to add fiber.

In it simplest description pizza is bread with toppings. So most of it comes down to the toppings. Tomato paste is a vegetable, and if i go easy on the cheese to reduce calories it isn’t that bad already, but not complete.

For protein i could add something like grilled chicken or canned fish.

I mostly wonder how i can add 200 to 300 gram of vegetables without making it too thick.
