How to squeeze cooking into my schedule and get back on track with eating healthy?

I’m a full time college student with a part time job at a restaurant. My freshman year, I was very good about eating healthy and I cooked almost every night. Now coming into my senior year I’m working a part time job on top of my studies and an internship. I don’t have the time to whip up a meal or buy healthy foods.

Because I work late, I frequently order take out and take home food from my restaurant . Lately I discovered I’ve gained 25 pounds—likely from the free boba tea I get at work + said takeout, even though I do my best to stick to the healthiest options in my area. How can I get back on track with my healthy eating and squeeze cooking into my busy schedule?
