Ideas for meals without dairy, grains, and sugar?

Recently I’ve realized that I feel so much more comfortable and less bloated when I strictly reduce or eliminate grains, dairy, and sugar from my diet. But this change has really increased my grocery bill – largely because of eating more meat. I’d love ideas for cheap, simple dishes, particularly meal prep.

Currently I’m eating chia pudding, hardboiled eggs, or banana or apple with pb for breakfasts; for lunch a lot of adult lunchable options like lunch meat, hummus and veggies, nondairy yogurt and fruit, chicken or tuna salad; and for dinners lots of green salads, lettuce wraps, curried chickpeas, beans and greens, roasted veggies, and meat like pork chops, salmon, or chicken breasts.

Any ideas or recipes to help me mix things up a bit and decrease my grocery bill? I’d love some pasta alternatives. And this is not an complete ban on these items, I’m still eating low levels of sugar in particular to help with flavor, and I’ll sometimes put a bit of Parmesan on food as well, so recipes with limited amounts of these foods would be just fine.
