Hi i’m a 21 years old male,172cm and i go to the gym,trying to be healthy in life.
basically i start my day with:
a banana,and a cup of milk with coffee
at lunch i eat
100gr of pasta,
and more fruits
at dinner i usually eat chicken and salad with slices of bread also.
when i calcolate what i eat,it reads around 1200/1300 kcal a day,and i think that is too low,i also go to the gym 5 times a week
more infos, in average i eat
120/170gr of carbs
around 70 gr proteins a day
around 30/50gr of fats
have i to change something ? thank you in advance,i don’t want to harm myself
