Is this a good healthy diet I don’t know if this is where I should post this so I’m sorry

I’m trying to eat more protein for when I work out and just be healthier all together I’m skinny already but I want to stay lean and add more muscle definition not bulk up so I usually have 1 to 2 eggs in the morning
Protein Yogurt with fruit and honey or a Turkey sandwich with whole grain/ wheat bread in the afternoon and usually chicken or fish for dinner sometimes red meat with a cup of vegetables and maby 1 snack of a vegetable or granola bar with powdered peanut butter I usually throw in fruit or vegetables with every meal sometimes cooked with dinner and I eat usually anywhere from 700 to 1400 to 1700 calories a day and I’m an 18 year old male 5 foot 8 121 pounds
