I just recently got into working out because I want to get a good physique and I need a meal plan that can help me gain weight because I don’t really have a regime of when and what to eat right now. I also don’t know if 3000 calories is correct but I am 19, 6ft and 135lbs so if someone could help me with a proper amount of calories I need I would be thankful. I’m not a couch potato I play basketball and soccer and go outside a healthy amount so I guess I’m also burning calories throughout the day which adds to what my total caloric intake should be? I just need some foods for each meal that are easy to make and provide a good amount of calories. .
