Need some advice and suggestions on a new healthy meal plan

So I’m looking to improve my health and well-being by eating healthy and to maintain. I’ve never properly done a healthy diet plan before so I’m new to getting setup. I’m male, age 22 , based in the UK, weighing 65kg , and 175cm tall. I have been struggling with finding a good, simple, and reasonably priced meal plan based on my needs.

Based on some calculations I’ve done so far, I need around 2247kcal to maintain with light to moderate weekly activity. My preferred macro intake is 136g of Protein, 77g of Fats, and 251g of carbs, give or take.

It’d be splendid if anybody could give me pointers on what kinds of meals, foods, supplements may be a great starting point to look into, especially for my macro split.

I don’t have any known allergies, nor do I dislike pretty much any foods.

A reference to a dietician would be good too as I’m no good at choosing good meals. Thanks!
