Protein heavy meals

Hello there people of the Internet,

I need some help with my meal rotation. I started going to the gym thrice a week last October and while I am able to keep up a meal rotation, it does not contain a lot of green or is particularly heavy on protein. Most of what I eat is either based on noodles or rice, so mainly carbs and while tossing in a piece of meat or a couple of eggs does work most of the time, a bit more variety would be nice.

Could you recommend me some affordable meals that bring more protein into my rotation? I’m not a picky eater and have no allergies, but I am struggling with motivation, so not needing a lot of time between getting up to cook something and getting to eat would be nice.

Please either write the recipes or link them, as I am not very well versed in cooking. I can make most things with the necessary instructions without burning anything, but just a list of ingredients won’t get me very far :)
