These have been keeping me full for hours and are great post-workout.
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-2 scoops Protein Powder
-1 tsp Baking Powder
-Optional mix in’s- fruits , chocolate chips , chia seeds, cinnamon , oatmeal
-Optional toppings: peanut butter, honey, syrup, fruits
-Mix all ingredients, add a little water so the mixture is the consistency of cake batter
-Pour into greased pan
-Cook covered on low until center is solid enough to flip pancake
-Flip & let second side cook for 1-2 mins.
