Question about low calorie drinks..

So about 5 months ago , I stopped drinking soda completely.
Instead, I switched to flavored water.
I now drink Crystal Light and I drink different flavors.
It is sweet , but it’s artificially flavored.
I drink about 8 bottles a day.
I was wondering if anything from Crystal Light can build up and accumulate in my body?
I looked at the ingredients, but I don’t know or understand what most if any of them are?
Could you explain if anything in Crystal Light has the potential to build up in your body?
I’m asking because I am finding it harder to drink over this past week and it’s beginning to taste too sweet to me.
