I go into work around 3 and I don’t get home until around 11ish. I also don’t have a lunch break or anything because I work as a bartender. So by the time I get home, I’m pretty tired and I end up being lazy and eating terribly. Not only are frozen burritos and chips bad for you on a daily basis, but they tear my stomach up in the morning. I know you aren’t supposed to eat after like 9 or so, but I don’t have a choice. So since I’m going to have to eat late at night, I’d rather it be something relatively healthy that won’t kill my stomach in the morning.
Tl;dr – quick meals to make at 11pm that won’t kill my stomach in the morning
