Some easy low kitchen work meals?

Hello,

I moved to a new place a few months ago and it was fine at first until 2 really crappy roommates that I didn’t know moved in. Kitchen is already really small, now it’s always a wreck, with dishes probably in one of their rooms half the time. It’s been stressing me out because I get super anxious and frustrated about it easily. I’ve been trying to have them clean, but it’s such a losing battle that I don’t have the time or energy for since I’m in grad school working basically 65 hour weeks between teaching, classes, and working in my lab. I’ve been basically resigning myself to loss, going upstairs to try and make something, then either no utensils around, kitchen dirty or both, so then I just order takeout or delivery. I was wondering what you guys would recommend in terms of stuff I can throw together that’s relatively healthy. As little time in kitchen would be best, so I can avoid even looking at it. I’ve been doing frozen veggies, rice, greek yogurt, overnight oats, and microwave burritos, but was curious to your recommendations.
