I am staying in a tiny home for 8 days, nearest grocery store is 30 min away and realistically I would like to only have to go 2 times, 3 max.
The goal of this trip for me is to try and eliminate distractions for a bit and get back to the basics and establish some good mental health and physical health. I would like to be as low carb as possible.
I am bringing a cast iron skillet, a sous vide and container, and I have a full stove and oven. I’m going to try and bring enough chicken with me to be able to thaw in the fridge, should last 2/3 dinners. Eggs are going to be a must for me, and probably a bag of spinach. Looking for recommendations on other cheap yet healthy things too! Simple is good, thanks
