So I’m a 5’11 guy with an average male build. What I want is
-flat chest
– effective lower belly fat burning exercises for a flat stomach
-flat ass exercises
-thigh fat burning exercises and diet
-love handle exercises too
I just want to get lean in general

I’m trying to look more like Tom holland and less like Chris Hemsworth if you know what I mean. Not that Tom has a flat ass or anything it’s just everything else yknow

I work a 9 to 5 job and need a breakfast that can sustain me for the first 4 hours while still being healthy,

Is there anything you guys suggest I add to my grocery list?
