I find it hard to get in the vegetables everyday so I like the idea of making smoothies, not worrying really what they taste with the priority being making it the best it can be as far as variety and bioavailability. what breaks down every time is laziness; dragging ALL this crap out the fridge, portioning it, repackaging it, etc. One helpful thing i once saw had you chopping up Kale and Spinach and making them into cubes and freezing.
How does everyone go about making their smoothies prep and planning? im going to prep everything into portions, any ideas?
If you got 10 things to put in it, what are they? i find it odd ive read recipe after recipe and some post, but i never see anyone using any kind of herbs or sprouts? wondering why?
