I’m all for easy and cheap nutrition so I am trying to eat foods that will help get cholesterol to healthy levels and promote heart health. I’ve started eating a chopped up clove of garlic day and night as well as a tablespoon of EVOO day and night as well. Been doing it for a week so far. I think I feel more energy, but I have nothing tangible to measure. One thing though, is I’ve noticed I don’t have morning breath anymore, it’s neutral when I wake up. There isn’t even much of a prolonged garlic after taste, so there’s not much downsides either. What are your experiences if you have any with this?
