Trying to think of a small, healthy, filling and easy daily late-night “meal”.

So right now I eat 3 mini wraps every night . It’s good and I don’t want to change it. But deli meat is getting to be really expensive and doesn’t last long, especially because I get no sodium/low sodium and it ends up being $$$ at least once per week just for the chicken or turkey.

Currently I eat:

-3 small corn tortillas

-1 thin slice chicken or turkey on each

-Dollop of hummus on each

-Yellow mustard

That’s it. And I generally feel satisfied when I’m done and can last the rest of the night until I eat a tiny bit of almond or coconutmilk yogurt with an apple.

But is there something that I could replace the deli meat with that could be much easier to keep a good amount of and for cheaper?

Problems are that I don’t really have much refrigeration/freezing or any heating elements at all available to me, and that complicates things.

Allergies are: Eggs, milk/dairy.
