What to do with Heavy Cream that’s sitting in my fridge

Days ago, I’ve bought this a pack of Heavy Cream thinking to make a lot of heavy whipped cream to use it as a topping for my buckwheat waffles. However, recently, I’ve found out that artificial sweeteners/ processed sugars and etc. accelerates the process of aging skin. And now I’m scared and avoiding eating any sugary processed foods, sweets, snacks and chips and all. Then I realized that I have this a pack of heavy cream that I haven’t even opened sitting in my fridge waiting to be transformed into heavy whipped cream.

Q: Would it be fine to make the heavy whipped cream and eat it in small portions each day? Or should I just close my eyes and throw out this unopened fresh heavy cream for the sake of my skin? Or is there any healthy alternative to make a great use of this heavy cream?

I’m starting to see good signs that my skin is getting better ever since I stopped eating sweets and snacks and chips. So, I really don’t want to ruin this flow, but I just have this urge to settle this heavy cream that I don’t want to see in the fridge being unused and it’s just there.
